Summary

Join 6sense as a Senior Program Manager and lead teams to maximize efficiency and create exceptional customer experiences. You will manage large-scale programs throughout the product lifecycle, partnering with product, UX, and engineering teams. Responsibilities include defining roadmaps, ensuring sufficient resources, crafting compelling narratives, and building communication plans. You will also develop processes, track program interdependencies, and present information to various audiences. This role requires extensive experience in managing complex, cross-functional programs in SaaS products, proficiency in Atlassian and other tools, and strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will also possess experience working with data science and analytics, and be comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 8+ years leading complex, cross-functional, global programs in SaaS based products
  • Proficient using Atlassian Toolset: Jira, Confluence, Portfolio/Advanced Reporting, Productboard
  • Proficient in metrics gathering and usage via Tableau and Pendo
  • S degree in Computer science or a related comparable field of study
  • Basic understanding of technical concepts and the ability to communicate them to various audiences
  • Ability to build and foster strong relationships across the organization
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to synthesize data and present it in a clear manner
  • Experience with tracking program metrics
  • Good written, verbal communication- Expert collaborator

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Product, UX, & Engineering teams on defining roadmaps, aligning on timelines
  • Ensure product teams have are sufficiently resourced to deliver upon commitments
  • Autonomously craft and communicate a concise narrative that unites disparate groups of people, including company leaders, around key business objectives and drivers
  • At a project level, work with implementation teams to determine realistic schedules to launch new products and features
  • Build and implement communication plans that identify who, when, what, and how to disseminate information, to drive intended outcomes, executing in a measured and balanced way for the full spectrum of audiences relevant to business objectives
  • Autonomously create and set the gold standard for others to follow; developing templates, processes, frameworks for team as needed
  • Drive scope/timeline discussion, track, identify, & resolve program interdependencies, risks/issues, milestones, and program artifacts across various project tracks to ensure successful project implementation and rollout
  • Prepare and maintain program dashboards and status reports for Steering Committee/Executive briefings check point, along with all program level communications
  • Present information to technical or non-technical audiences ranging from team level meetings through to Executive briefs and updates

Preferred Qualifications

  • Equally confident in working with executive team members as working with software developers and individual contributors
  • Experience working with Data Science and Data Analytics
  • Distill complex and nuanced requirements into understandable concepts for all relevant internal partners
  • Skilled at dealing with ambiguity in a rapidly growing and changing environment
  • Experience in a company that has scaled or experience in both small- and large-scale software development organizations
  • Strong business acumen and technical background, with the ability to quickly understand and communicate technical concepts and challenges across wide-ranging audiences
