Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in program and project management within technology-driven organizations
  • Proven experience interfacing with C-level executives, ideally within a healthcare context
  • Expertise in ServiceNow for program governance, demand management, and reporting
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification with hands-on experience managing Agile teams
  • Strong background in revenue cycle management and related financial processes
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to distill complex issues into clear, actionable insights
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and strategic partner for CXO-level stakeholders, effectively communicating program goals, progress, and risks
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets
  • Drive governance and portfolio oversight using ServiceNow, including reporting, tracking KPIs, and ensuring compliance with internal frameworks
  • Function as a senior Scrum Master, championing Agile best practices, facilitating ceremonies, and supporting Agile teams in delivery excellence
  • Oversee financial and operational aspects of programs, with a strong focus on revenue management and cost optimization strategies
  • Collaborate across product, technology, and business teams to manage dependencies, remove roadblocks, and ensure successful outcomes
  • Develop executive-level dashboards and status updates for program sponsors and stakeholders
  • Identify risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies to ensure program stability

Preferred Qualifications

Healthcare domain experience is a strong plus, particularly in payer/provider environments
