Summary

Join Honest Health as a Senior Technical Program Manager and oversee the technical strategy and delivery of complex programs. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, and resources, ensuring successful deployments. Lead project teams, manage risks, and maintain effective communication. Manage project budgets and timelines, and work with functional managers on resource allocation. Build strong relationships with business owners to resolve issues and escalate concerns. Monitor project performance and report regularly to senior leadership. Drive process improvement and ensure projects meet functional and quality specifications. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, PMP or CSM certification, and 5+ years of technical project management experience in an Agile environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in business, healthcare administration, or similar field is required
  • Active Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is required
  • 5+ years of technical project management with experience managing concurrent projects across functional teams, managing critical path, and coordinating project/product deployments
  • Proven success delivering projects in an Agile SDLC environment
  • Proven ability to solve problems and drive projects to completion by identifying needs, raising awareness of risk, and influencing without direct authority
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to identify the needed level of stakeholder engagement required for communication
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office products (i.e. Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Teams, etc.)
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the use of project planning tools (i.e., Jira, ServiceNow, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple complex technical programs and initiatives to a successful completion by aligning with key stakeholders on strategy and execution
  • Translate business objectives into detailed technical requirements, deliverables, and timelines. Anticipate the needs of the business and responding accordingly throughout the project lifecycle by taking the steps needed to move work forward
  • Manage complex technical dependencies across multiple workstreams and engineering teams. Create and maintain all project artifacts
  • Maintain established communication rhythm for each assigned project
  • Ensure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and within scope
  • Manage project change control
  • Work with functional managers to validate resource utilization/capacity planning
  • Form a strong relationship with the business owners to identify and resolve risks, issues, and blockers and escalate issues and concerns appropriately
  • Manage vendor development teams and project management teams as applicable
  • Monitor and report on project performance on a regular basis
  • Oversee all Agile ceremonies throughout the SDLC lifecycle of assigned projects
  • Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with the user groups of assigned programโ€™s software application
  • Coordinate testing activities for each deployment
  • Facilitate planning sessions to determine project/product go-live support needs
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for technical programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational needs
  • Drive the development and improvement of technical program management processes, frameworks, and standards
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership on program progress, technical challenges, and solution strategies
  • Deliver projects on-time and ensure that the service deliverable is implemented according to the documented functional and quality specifications
  • Ensure project plans result in an operationalized deliverable as part of delivery assurance
  • Perform other related responsibilities as assigned
