Join Allucent™ as a Sr. Proposal Manager and contribute to bringing life-changing therapies to patients globally. You will be responsible for managing the entire RFP/RFI process, from initial receipt to final submission. This role involves coordinating with various departments to develop winning strategies and compelling proposals. You will also perform quality control reviews and support other business development activities. Requirements
- Possess a BA/BS or equivalent in a writing/journalism, business or health-related degree or the ability to prove comparable equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field of study
- Have >4 years of relevant work experience in drug development and/or clinical research
- Possess thorough knowledge of GxP
- Understand GDPR/HIPAA, CFR/CTR/CTD and applicable (local) regulatory requirements
- Possess strong leadership skills
- Be effective at problem-solving, strategic thinking, and conflict resolution
- Possess strong presentation and networking capabilities
- Possess excellent organizational, negotiating, and financial skills
- Possess excellent interpersonal and verbal/written English language communication skills
- Possess knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Be able to perform effectively under pressure when faced with multiple, time-sensitive priorities
- Be able to accurately interpret request for proposal questions and write clear and articulate responses
- Possess good organization skills, writing skills, multitasking abilities, be detail-oriented, and function successfully in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
- Receive few edits on QC, typically only five items found
- Possess exceptional computer skills with advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Word to include use of styles, tables, tables of contents, headers/footers, and multiple page layouts within one document
- Be able to independently manage three deliverables in varying stages at any given time (clinical) without compromising quality
- Be representative, outgoing, and client-focused
- Be able to work in a fast-paced challenging environment of a growing company

Responsibilities
- Manage overall RFP/RFI activities - from initial receipt to final submission to the client - to ensure an on-time submission
- Participate in team alignment calls and strategy discussions to clarify scope of work, gain insights into the business opportunity, understand key messages, and develop win themes
- Coordinate the contributions of team members to create high-quality responses via management of project workflow through the RFP/RFI process
- Format, proofread, and edit the budget for accuracy, clarity, and readability
- Support other Business Development activities as needed
- Perform high-level QC review of peers’ deliverables as required
- Be proficient in mapping to client bid grids
- Work with Part I/II functionality in the costing tool independently
- Demonstrate knowledge of the operational processes underlying each task code/service
- Constructively challenge operations on budgets ensuring competitive pricing
- Perform more complex manipulations/modeling in the costing tool including writing equations linked to key assumptions etc. and always follow best practices for budget manipulation as laid out by the department
- Demonstrate knowledge of Excel to include the ability to write equations to link data across multiple sheets, annotate and comment
- Work on special projects/department initiatives as needed
- Complete all duties and assignments accurately and in a timely manner
- Comply with Allucent’s QMA, established policies and procedures, and achievement of the quality objectives
- Contribute to other areas of business as required
