Summary
Join WelbeHealth's People Department as a Program Manager and become an integral member of the Talent Acquisition leadership team. Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for complex roles, developing and implementing recruitment plans using innovative strategies. Build relationships with senior leadership, serving as a trusted advisor. Enhance WelbeHealth’s employment brand and build candidate pipelines. Oversee the candidate experience and provide coaching to the TA team. This role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, five years of full lifecycle physician and provider recruitment experience, and strong knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting processes. The position offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of EEOC best practices and compliance
- Minimum of five (5) years of full lifecycle physician and provider recruitment experience in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with increasing scope and responsibilities
- Demonstrated success managing senior leadership and hiring manager expectations, delivering outstanding customer service and serving as a strategic partner
- Strong knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting processes including sourcing, employment branding, talent marketing, networking, offer negotiation, and relationship management for complex, hard-to-fill roles
- Knowledge of and an interest in current healthcare recruiting practices
- Ability to travel to other WelbeHealth PACE locations as needed
- Ability to work remotely and accommodate PST hours as needed
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for complex roles, helping managers find, hire, and retain quality candidates
- Develop relationships with senior leadership as a trusted advisor and build solid understandings of their departments, hiring needs, and job specifications, ensuring strong service delivery and outcomes
- Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and implement innovative strategies to find quality candidates and prospect for new business
- Enhance WelbeHealth’s employment brand by being an ambassador on social media and recruitment platforms, and across markets and networks
- Build and maintaining pipelines of active and passive candidates
- Oversee the candidate experience throughout hiring process, from initial contact to interview preparation to final-offer negotiation
- Provide coaching and mentorship to the TA team on recruitment best practices and operational insight
