Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on senior level recruiting experience running the recruiting process from beginning to end
- Previous experience running a full recruiting desk is highly desirable
- Previous experience recruiting for technical and commercial roles required
- Experience recruiting for hi-tech startups strongly preferred
- Excellent written and verbal English fluency required
- Operational excellence
- Attention to detail and multi-tasking
- Bachelor degree from a top university
- Experience with applicant tracking systems required
Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture relationships with executives/hiring managers to convert them into customers
- Work with hiring managers to identify recruiting needs and prioritize positions based on the portfolio company's goals
- Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the entire interview process
- Source high quality talent for all positions and negotiate a compensation package that focuses on long-term gain
- Recommend and execute the best recruiting strategy
- Learn and use different HR and recruiting systems to assist with managing the hiring process and recruiting funnel
- Negotiate offers that focus on long-term incentives within a reasonable timeline
