Requirements

• 5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment
• At least 3-5 years experience handling IT Recruitment either USA, UK, and AU
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage end to end recruitment for all open positions
• Conduct recruitment strategy meetings with Hiring Managers
• Provide daily/weekly reports to hiring managers on a timely basis
• Develop talent pools through various sourcing platforms
• Develop easy to use recruitment templates and forms (CV templates, reference check forms, common email templates, recruitment manuals, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of any Applicant Tracking System
• Exposure in multiple markets aside from Financial Services
