You will own the full-cycle recruitment process for various critical functions, partnering with hiring managers to define needs and develop sourcing strategies. This fully remote position requires 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth tech environments, advanced sourcing skills, and excellent communication. You will manage multiple priorities, use data to optimize processes, and contribute to the development of recruiting best practices. Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a proven track record in hiring for G&A and Engineering roles within high-growth environments
- Advanced sourcing skills and experience building talent pipelines for niche or hard-to-fill roles
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on process improvement and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Experience with ATS tools (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar)
- Familiarity with DEI recruiting best practices
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting across Engineering, People, Finance/Accounting, and Operations teams: from intake to offer negotiation and close
- Partner with hiring managers across G&A/Engineering org functions to understand hiring needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and provide guidance on talent acquisition best practices
- Own sourcing efforts, proactively identifying and engaging top talent through Linkedin and other channels
- Contribute to the development and implementation of recruiting best practices and identify ways to enhance and improve our hiring process
- Use data and insights to inform decisions, track progress, and continuously optimize the recruiting process
