Requirements

  • Have sales experience in any form of corporate selling, including: Inside Sales, Outside Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, etc
  • Have experience in a competitive sales-driven environment
  • Have a track record of success and high achievement
  • Demonstrate a desire to learn and grow within position
  • Possess strong customer management skills and the ability to demonstrate a strategic mindset to enable persuasive conversation with customers

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer accounts for renewal and retention
  • Meet or exceed assigned quota
  • Negotiate, protect and grow renewal revenue stream within assigned territory
  • Drive on-time and accurate renewals by following internal processes and procedures
  • Generate and send quotes 90 days in advance that meet the customers requirements
  • Maintain consistent and accurate deal progression updates in SalesForce.com for all renewal opportunities in your territory from Quote to Close
  • Build relationships with internal teams and leverage those relationships to produce positive outcomes for the company and your customers
  • Identify risk early and work with internal teams such as Sales and Security Intelligence team to address customer issues and ensure full renewal
  • Periodically check in with customers throughout their subscription period to ensure the health and adoption of the account
  • Identify opportunities for growth (via up-sells and cross-sells) within the existing customers

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have SaaS or High Tech sales experience
  • Have Security Experience
  • Have experience with Channel Sales and Direct Sales
