Requirements

  • 1+ years working in Revenue Operations in addition to 1+ years working in a customer-facing role, ideally in a SaaS environment
  • Must have experience working with Sales individual contributors and collaborating with Revenue management
  • Knowledge of training mediums and enablement best practices
  • Extensive knowledge of Hubspot and GSuite is a must

Responsibilities

  • Develop onboarding and training programs for our customer-facing teams across a variety of mediums
  • Collaborate with other departments in the creation of collateral materials to educate the team
  • Ensure team members are up-to-date on new features, best practices, and how to effectively communicate the value of our product
  • Support team members with optimizing their daily workflows, understanding metrics, and adopting tools and processes
  • Identify gaps and areas of opportunity in our enablement and systems and recommend data-driven solutions
