Summary

Join Ceros as a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) and become a rising leader in a remote, US-based role. You will build and manage a sales pipeline, exceeding monthly/quarterly quotas using AI-driven tools. This role offers full autonomy, opportunities for career growth within 12-24 months, and a competitive compensation package including uncapped commission and a total expected compensation of $85,000 to $110,000. Requirements

  • 2-3 years of SDR/Sales experience
  • Strong leadership skills with a willingness to mentor other SDRs
  • Understanding of the sales process, from marketing through prospecting, cold calling, generating interest, and handing off to sales
  • Ability to write coherent emails, and willingness to make 2-3 hours of cold calls a day
  • Ability to articulate unique value propositions and persuade prospects
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with C-suite and VP-level executives and decision-makers
  • Ability to work in a changing environment with an ever-evolving product
  • Passionate about start-up culture and impacting the company

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified sales leads and achieve monthly/quarterly quotas
  • Utilize a variety of AI-driven sales tools, demonstrating flexibility and innovation in your approach
  • Generate qualified meetings with potential buyers via phone, LinkedIn, email outreach, and other lead generation tools (e.g., Hubspot, Salesloft, Gong, Sales Navigator)
  • Conform to best practices for sales development/business development with regard to telephone calls and e-mails with new prospects
  • Coordinate meetings with sales executives, and log all activities in our Hubspot CRM
