Additionally, you will write requirements for tech stack updates, oversee software implementation, manage reports and analytics, monitor sales metrics, and support revenue optimization initiatives. Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related role
- Deep understanding of Salesforce (SFDC) and its use in sales workflows and reporting
- Proficiency with revenue software tools (e.g., Gong, Outreach, HubSpot, Tableau)
- Proven experience developing training materials, playbooks, and onboarding programs
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Refresh and maintain sales playbooks for key roles, including BDRs, Regional Managers/Directors, and Listing Advisors
- Design and deliver regular training programs and materials for sales leaders to execute with their teams
- Collaborate with sales leadership to implement best-in-class onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring seamless integration into the organization
- Create and document best practices to drive consistency and performance across all sales functions
- Partner with Marketing and Product teams to develop enablement content that aligns with key revenue goals and initiatives
- Write detailed requirements and project plans for tech stack consultants to execute system updates and improvements
- Oversee the implementation and integration of revenue software tools, ensuring they support operational workflows and sales objectives
- Manage the creation and delivery of ad hoc reports and analytics to provide actionable insights for leadership and sales teams
- Continuously monitor sales metrics and processes to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements
- Perform analytics on current data leveraging google sheets / excel
- Update/maintain key dashboards
- Support strategic initiatives to align sales enablement and operations efforts with broader revenue goals
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track KPIs, ensuring data transparency for sales teams and leadership
- Assist with forecasting, pipeline management, and other revenue-related analytics to improve decision-making
- Assist in commission management (prior experience preferred)
- Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of revenue strategies
- Provide regular updates to the Revenue Operations leader on project progress, team performance, and strategic opportunities
- Advocate for a sales-centric approach while driving operational excellence and scalability
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in technology-focused organizations
- Advanced Excel, data visualization expertise, and experience with Salesforce (SFDC), including workflows, reporting, and system optimization
- Familiarity with sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger Sale, SPIN Selling)
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment
