Join our team as a Senior Salesforce Administrator and own the design, configuration, and administration of our Salesforce platform, focusing on Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud. This high-impact, fully remote role (available only to Central America and Mexico residents) requires strong technical and business acumen, a proactive mindset, and a passion for continuous improvement. Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience, including deep expertise in Sales Cloud; Marketing Cloud experience strongly preferred
- Salesforce Administrator Certification required; Advanced Administrator or Marketing Cloud certifications are a plus
- Strong experience in declarative tools (Flows, Validation Rules, Custom Objects), and basic knowledge of Apex or SOQL a plus
- Proven track record designing and scaling solutions that align with GTM strategy and improve operational efficiency
- Experience with B2B SaaS revenue operations, marketing automation tools, and CRM integrations
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Responsibilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert and primary administrator for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud, including configuration, user management, and data integrity
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps to design scalable Salesforce solutions that support business processes and GTM strategy
- Analyze current workflows, recommend improvements, and implement best-in-class automation using Flows, Process Builder, and custom objects
- Partner with marketing to support campaign execution, lead routing, scoring models, and alignment with Sales for MQL/SQL handoff
- Ensure data accuracy across the platform, implement data hygiene strategies, and build dashboards/reports to support visibility and decision-making
- Manage integrations with key systems (DealHub, Captivate IQ, and Workato to ensure seamless data flow and user efficiency
- Provide training, documentation, and tier-2 support to end users, ensuring adoption and consistent usage across the organization
- Maintain system security and compliance protocols, monitor platform performance, and manage regular audits and platform updates
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with tools like DealHub, Captivate IQ, Workato, or BI tools (e.g., PowerBI)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Asana)
