Join our team as a Senior Salesforce Administrator and play a critical role in managing and optimizing our Salesforce platform. You will be responsible for all aspects of user and license management, Salesforce configuration changes, and proactive system maintenance. Requirements
- Have proven experience as a Salesforce Systems Administrator with a strong background in managing and optimizing internal processes
- Possess technical proficiency in Salesforce configuration and maintenance, with a solid understanding of change management, data integrity and security best practices
- Have excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve system issues
- Possess strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and provide user support
- Demonstrate an analytical mindset with attention to detail that results in the accurate and efficient translation of business requirements into scalable, best practice technical solutions
Responsibilities
- Manage, optimize, and ensure the reliable operation of Salesforce
- Handle all aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules
- Perform Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports
- Understand basic triggers/Apex code knowledge
- Manage sandbox environment
- Handle DevOps/release management
- Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience
- Identify unused or underutilized platform features
- Create a platform roadmap and define priorities, liaising with stakeholders
- Communicate any platform changes to end users and stakeholders
- Manage data to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed
- Perform proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer
- Handle user support tickets
- Monitor and improve user adoption
- Coordinate with Sales Enablement to deliver new user and ongoing user training
- Create technical documentation
- Manage integrated applications and third party suppliers
Preferred Qualifications
- Have experience with system integration across platforms in a SaaS environment to support efficient workflows
- Have knowledge of process optimization techniques for enhancing system functionality and user engagement
- Have a background in developing user training materials and supporting user adoption for internal tools
- Have experience in managing system upgrades and change management processes
- Hold a Salesforce System Administrator certification
- Have prior experience utilizing Salesforce CPQ (certification preferred but not required)
- Demonstrate continued personal/professional development
- Be active in the Salesforce community
