Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business/data management
- Salesforce administration familiarity
- Proven track record of successful data migration and integration projects
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including objects, fields, workflows, and automation tools (Flow, APEX,, etc.)
- Experience with data migration tools such as Data Loader, MuleSoft, or third-party ETL tools
- Familiarity with APIs, middleware, and integration frameworks
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security and access management
- Ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions
- Experience managing large-scale projects with cross-functional stakeholders
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Proactive and resourceful in troubleshooting and resolving system issues
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and oversee the migration of multiple Salesforce instances, ensuring data integrity, minimal downtime, and alignment with business objectives
- Customize and configure Salesforce objects, fields, flows, validation rules, approval processes, products, and pricing to meet business needs
- Develop and enforce data governance standards, ensure data quality. Perform data deduplication, data mapping, and data migrations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, IT, accounting, and leadership to gather requirements and deliver tailored Salesforce solutions
- Provide training and ongoing support to Salesforce users, ensuring adoption of best practices and efficient system usage
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for configurations, workflows, and processes to support knowledge sharing and compliance requirements
- Lead or contribute to project planning, timelines, and deliverables for migration and integration initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced certifications (e.g., Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Integration Architecture Designer) are highly desirable
