Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEM campaigns on Google Ads aimed at the target audience of crafters and micro-businesses
- Strategically handle a $100k+ monthly ad spend to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion across our extensive catalog of over 10,000 SKUs
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and selection to optimize ad performance and tailor campaigns to community needs and preferences
- Design and execute persuasive ad copy and creative assets to attract and convert the target market effectively
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS, to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven optimization strategies
- Perform A/B testing to assess and refine ad components, such as headlines, images, and calls to action
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SEM strategies with overall marketing initiatives and ensure cohesive brand messaging
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and algorithm updates to maintain a competitive edge in digital advertising
