Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in the social media space, with a proven track record in leading successful campaigns
- Deep understanding of social marketing, including platforms, community management, influencer marketing, and social creative
- Strong versatility in leveraging social media as both a Taste Maker and Team Player, holding a firm grasp on how social can collaborate and augment integrated campaigns - but still proudly stand alone to achieve max impact
- Proven ability to develop and manage timelines for multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills, with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively
- Strong analytical skills, with experience translating data into actionable insights
- Collaborative team player spirit - focused on working together to achieve shared success
- Availability to work between 9am and 6pm PST
Responsibilities
- Lead and create robust social media campaigns and brand strategies - both in concise documents and extensive slide presentations
- Work with client leads at DMM to build winning pitches for incoming RFPs to secure new business for various departments
- Ensure strategic deliverables connect through a central storytelling narrative that aligns with the clientβs business goals and objectives
- Act as an executive-level thought leader and problem solver for clients to devise and implement new and novel strategic opportunities
- Digest and analyze social media insights and data to make informed strategic decisions
- Contribute and build best-practice recommendations for platform and social updates that power our internal teams and client campaign decisions
- Foster collaborative relationships with DMM department leaders to infuse expertise and latest learnings into campaign strategies
- Develop initiatives to provide creative solutions to achieve the clientβs objectives
- Show proficiency and mastery of social media platforms, possessing a strong awareness of the latest trends and updates across platforms
- Build and refine strategies based on the latest platform updates and client needs, ensuring campaigns remain relevant and effective
