Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting in government contracting
- Strong understanding of full lifecycle recruiting components including sourcing, job analysis, interviewing, and candidate assessment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Responsibilities
- Manage all stages of the recruiting process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for various positions within the company
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies tailored to meet the unique needs of each hiring manager and department
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, provide guidance on recruiting best practices, and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process
- Sourcing candidates using various channels such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ClearanceJobs, social media, recruiting databases, and recruiting events
- Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, and employees
- Promote Arlo as an employer of choice by leveraging social media, attending job fairs, and participating in other recruiting events
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide regular reports on recruiting metrics and performance
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR)
- Experience with recruitment marketing and employer branding
- Familiarity with the use of social media for recruiting purposes
- Previous experience in a similar industry or sector
