Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting in government contracting
  • Strong understanding of full lifecycle recruiting components including sourcing, job analysis, interviewing, and candidate assessment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations

Responsibilities

  • Manage all stages of the recruiting process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for various positions within the company
  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies tailored to meet the unique needs of each hiring manager and department
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, provide guidance on recruiting best practices, and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process
  • Sourcing candidates using various channels such as LinkedIn, Indeed, ClearanceJobs, social media, recruiting databases, and recruiting events
  • Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, and employees
  • Promote Arlo as an employer of choice by leveraging social media, attending job fairs, and participating in other recruiting events
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide regular reports on recruiting metrics and performance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR)
  • Experience with recruitment marketing and employer branding
  • Familiarity with the use of social media for recruiting purposes
  • Previous experience in a similar industry or sector
