Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
• 5+ years of experience in full-cycle talent acquisition
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Organizational Psychology, HR Management, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence hiring decisions at all levels
• Strong sourcing and outreach skills, with experience in direct headhunting for talent
• Proactive, high-energy mindset, with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
• Organized and detail-oriented, with strong process management skills
• Remote collaboration skills, with experience working across multiple time zones and teams

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for key roles, from planning and sourcing to interviewing, assessments, and final hiring decisions
• Advise hiring managers across all levels, balancing speed, quality, and long-term talent strategies
• Stay ahead of hiring trends, talent market dynamics, and industry best practices
• Engage top talent globally, acting as a career consultant and ambassador for Superside
• Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives, leveraging direct outreach, referrals, and industry networks
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines, ensuring a proactive hiring approach
• Ensure structured, data-driven hiring processes that deliver high-quality hires efficiently
• Strengthen Superside’s employer brand, positioning us as the premier destination for talent
