Summary
Join Superside as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle hiring for Creative, Marketing, and Specialist Services teams. You will attract top creative talent, guide hiring managers, and ensure a positive candidate experience. This role blends industry knowledge with stakeholder management, influencing hires across all levels. The position requires thriving in a fast-paced, global environment and a passion for building world-class teams. You will own end-to-end recruitment, advise hiring managers, stay updated on industry trends, and engage top talent globally. You will also develop strategic sourcing initiatives, build talent pipelines, and ensure efficient hiring processes while strengthening Superside’s employer brand.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- 5+ years of experience in full-cycle talent acquisition
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Organizational Psychology, HR Management, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence hiring decisions at all levels
- Strong sourcing and outreach skills, with experience in direct headhunting for talent
- Proactive, high-energy mindset, with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
- Organized and detail-oriented, with strong process management skills
- Remote collaboration skills, with experience working across multiple time zones and teams
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment for key roles, from planning and sourcing to interviewing, assessments, and final hiring decisions
- Advise hiring managers across all levels, balancing speed, quality, and long-term talent strategies
- Stay ahead of hiring trends, talent market dynamics, and industry best practices
- Engage top talent globally, acting as a career consultant and ambassador for Superside
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives, leveraging direct outreach, referrals, and industry networks
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines, ensuring a proactive hiring approach
- Ensure structured, data-driven hiring processes that deliver high-quality hires efficiently
- Strengthen Superside’s employer brand, positioning us as the premier destination for talent
