Requirements

  • 8+ years in Organizational Development, HR, Talent Strategy, or Talent Management
  • 3+ years of experience leading people
  • Deep knowledge of strategic leadership, talent development and organization development with evidence of creating vision and leading company-wide efforts to retain, engage and develop talent
  • Proven success creating, enhancing, and leading employee onboarding strategy and company-wide programming, helping growing organizations incorporate best practices
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to present information clearly and concisely in a variety of formats, effectively engaging a wide variety of audiences, and someone who excels at influencing diverse stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement enterprise-level talent development strategies, initiatives, and programs that support the development and retention of high-performing Evolvers, in alignment with our values, culture and DEIB principles, including facilitating, training, coaching, mentorship and other opportunities
  • Design and continuously enhance talent development programs, including onboarding and leadership development, while serving as the primary facilitator for new hire onboarding sessions and other workshops
  • Partner with PBPs, business leaders and other Talent Development team members to lead the strategic transformation of talent development focused on preparing a pipeline of leaders that can deliver on the company’s business strategy
  • Assess organizational development needs, including skills gaps, competency requirements, and emerging trends, through survey results, focus groups, and performance evaluations
  • Partner with the broader People Team and People Leaders across Evolve to determine current performance opportunities and skill gaps and determine appropriate learning solutions
  • Support our people leaders with strategies and coaching to build high performing individuals and teams
  • Empower teammates and people leaders to own their professional and personal growth through impactful programming and delivery of self-service learning opportunities
  • Leverage data, performance and feedback insights along with your experience to strategically build, enhance and continuously improve talent development programming
  • Evaluate program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback and brief out stakeholders
  • Guide leaders through organizational changes with effective development tools, resources, and training programs
  • Partner with the broader People team to support the roll-out of People programs
  • Remain up-to-date on new developments, best practices, methods and techniques in leadership, learning and enablement

  • You have a proven track record of building high-trust working relationships with leaders at all levels

Benefits

  • Annual base salary range: $141,000 - $155,000, depending on relevant experience. This role will also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on both company and individual performance
