Requirements
- Proven experience hiring for both general business roles (e.g., sales, operations) and technical roles (e.g., engineering, product)
- A strong track record of managing end-to-end recruitment processes in high-growth or fast-paced environment
- Expertise in recruitment tools, sourcing strategies, and best practices for engaging talent across functions
- Experience in building and managing employer branding initiatives on LinkedIn, Instagram, or similar platforms
- Proficiency with data reporting tools such as Lever Analytics, Tableau, or equivalent solutions for analysing recruitment performance
- Commitment to diversity and inclusion, with experience designing and executing inclusive hiring strategies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior leaders and hiring managers
- The ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, adapt quickly to shifting priorities, and focus on delivering results
Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment efforts across technical and non-technical functions, aligning hiring strategies with business goals
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, developing tailored solutions to meet complex hiring needs
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, ensuring efficient processes and exceptional candidate experiences
- Design and implement inclusive hiring practices that promote diversity and build representative teams
- Build and maintain talent pipelines to address both immediate and future hiring needs
- Leverage recruitment metrics and data insights to refine strategies, improve outcomes, and inform decision-making
- Develop and execute employer branding strategies through platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram to attract top talent
- Utilise data reporting tools such as Lever Analytics, Tableau, or similar platforms to provide actionable insights and track recruitment performance
Preferred Qualifications
- Having hands-on experience with Lever or a similar Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Bring a passion for or interest in, the gaming industry and the exciting possibilities within Web3
