You will play a key role in scaling the team (currently 150, growing to 200 in H1), implementing talent strategy, developing hiring playbooks, and improving recruitment processes. Requirements
- Have developed experience of a Talent function in a start-up or growth stage business across a variety of roles including engineering, sales and operations
- Be organised and can prioritise (and re-prioritise) your workload at pace
- Be adaptable and can bounce back quickly from set-back
- Work autonomously and ideally have experience of an international People team
- Be able to coach and be coached. Have experience supporting those who are new to recruitment, but be willing to learn new ways of working
- Care about delivering a great candidate experience
- Be a great communicator, and be open and honest
Responsibilities
- Work in partnership with the Chief People Officer in implementing Talent Strategy to ensure we meet the commercial need of the business
- Develop strong relationships with Hiring Managers to ensure we are one step ahead of hiring needs
- Build hiring playbooks for each function
- Map hiring processes, deliver recruitment coaching and constantly look for areas for improvement
- Partner with providers to ensure we access the best talent on the market
- Smoothly hand off hires to our People Partner to ensure an outstanding onboarding process
- Represent our values and be an ambassador for our business
- Play an active role in hiring outstanding team members
- Enhance our recruitment process across the global brand
- Be a trusted talent partner across our business
- Affect our culture for the better
