Summary

Join Riverside Insights as a Recruiter with extensive technical hiring experience to lead full-cycle recruitment across Product, Engineering, and other key functions. Requirements

  • Deep domain expertise: Extensive experience hiring for Product and Engineering roles, with a strong understanding of technical skill sets and team dynamics
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into effective recruitment strategies
  • Advanced interviewing skills and experience with structured interview techniques
  • Proficiency in sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and Workable to build and manage pipelines
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to tailor messages to diverse stakeholders
  • Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing recruiting metrics and optimizing accordingly
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and foster transparent, trusting relationships

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute customized recruitment strategies aligned with business needs
  • Improve the candidate and hiring manager experience by refining end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Strengthen communication and collaboration with hiring managers through tailored communication plans
  • Maintain a time-to-hire of 38 days or less by proactively sourcing and screening top talent
  • Launch strategic sourcing campaigns to attract high-potential candidates
  • Build and maintain robust, function-specific talent pipelines
  • Implement screening techniques to filter applications and identify the most qualified candidates
