Summary
Join Two Six Technologies as a Targeting Analyst and leverage your expertise to provide valuable insights using our proprietary platforms and diverse datasets. You will work remotely, with occasional travel, supporting clients' missions by applying your targeting skills and contributing to a collaborative team environment. This role requires at least five years of experience in national security targeting, a strong understanding of relevant datasets, and excellent analytical and communication skills. You will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating targeting analysis, applying methodological tools, and collaborating with experts across teams. Requirements
- Five or more years of experience targeting in a national security context, ideally with the Department of Defense or the Intelligence Community
- Strong understanding of the different kinds of data sets relevant to targeting needs, both in classified and unclassified contexts
- Strong ability to plan, direct, and coordinate the preparation of multi-disciplinary targeting analysis that supports key customer priorities
- Expert ability to apply a full range of methodological tools and approaches to gain a comprehensive understanding of complex and significant analytic issues and incorporate insights and findings into well-crafted, sophisticated intelligence products
- Excellent organization and knowledge management
- Strong understanding of our customers’ missions
- Enthusiasm for learning every part of the Pulse suite
- Exceptional ability to collaborate with experts of different kinds
- Active TS security clearance (TS/SCI preferred)
Responsibilities
- Provide valuable and actionable information to customers using proprietary platforms and diverse data sets
- Understand clients’ needs and missions
- Help bring new technology and methodologies to support clients’ targeting needs
- Plan, direct, and coordinate the preparation of multi-disciplinary targeting analysis that supports key customer priorities
- Apply a full range of methodological tools and approaches to gain a comprehensive understanding of complex and significant analytic issues and incorporate insights and findings into well-crafted, sophisticated intelligence products
- Collaborate with experts of different kinds
- Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience teaching or mentoring, especially in a professional context
- Experience working with PAI and CAI data sets
- Experience analyzing topics or developing targeting sets related to Great Power Competition
