Summary

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience in supporting enterprise-level accounts
  • Experience in direct customer communication
  • Distributed systems experience with messaging or database technology
  • Designing architecture and proofs of concept experience
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English

Responsibilities

  • Maintain relationships with current clients
  • Address technical needs of clients
  • Find opportunities for expanding the client base
  • Act as a technical liaison to customers
  • Represent the customer’s voice towards HiveMQ Product Management
  • Collaborate with the HiveMQ technical support team
