Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a focus on IT and creative roles
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top-tier talent
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing strategies, candidate assessment, and offer negotiation
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent through various channels
  • Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and feedback
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, provide guidance on job descriptions, and create effective recruitment plans
  • Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive market conditions to provide insights and recommendations to hiring managers
  • Promote diversity and inclusion in the recruitment process, ensuring a diverse pipeline of candidates for all roles
  • Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and report on recruitment activity to senior leadership
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency, reduce time-to-fill, and maintain high-quality hiring standards
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance Halo Media’s employer brand and attract top talent through creative and engaging recruitment campaigns

Preferred Qualifications
