Senior Technical Recruiter

As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, building strong relationships with clients and candidates, and managing the entire recruitment process. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of experience, and proficiency in ATS and recruitment tools. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• At least 5 years proven experience as an IT/Technical Recruiter or in a similar role
• Proficiency in ATS and recruitment tools (e.g LinkedIn) for sourcing and tracking candidates effectively
• Project management skills to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and deliver on hiring timelines
• Experience in HR consultancy, with a strong background in providing recruitment solutions, talent acquisition strategies, and workforce planning tailored to diverse client needs across various industries
• Proven experience in outsourced recruitment processes and an understanding of the unique dynamics of managing external partnerships, including vendor management
• Strong analytical skills to assess recruitment metrics and make data-driven improvements in the hiring process
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced level of English

Responsibilities

• Utilize diverse sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, social media, networking events, referrals) to identify and attract top IT talent
• Develop and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified candidates to meet both current and future hiring needs of clients
• Establish and nurture close communication with candidates to keep the talent pool updated for upcoming positions
• Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to determine candidate qualifications and alignment with job requirements
• Coordinate and conduct in-depth technical interviews, collaborating with technical teams when necessary to ensure a comprehensive assessment
• Partner closely with clients to fully understand position requirements, company culture, and long-term hiring strategies
• Provide insights during the decision-making process by presenting candidate strengths, areas for development, and alignment with client expectations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process, and with internal stakeholders to align recruitment efforts
• Uphold a high standard of candidate experience, providing clear communication and timely updates throughout the recruitment cycle
