Requirements
- Experience working in a startup environment with high degrees of ambiguity
- Mastery of technical recruiting fundamentals including subject matter expertise, competencies-based interviewing and structured hiring
- Highly collaborative mindset and team-oriented approach
- Tech-savvy and ability to quickly pick up new processes and software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Sense of ownership and urgency around your work and the outcomes of our hiring processes
Responsibilities
- Own end to end talent acquisition for requisitions across Engineering
- Be a consultative business partner to hiring managers, department heads, and executives, helping to improve our people strategy
- Source, screen, offer and close candidates for hard to fill positions
- Be a role model for others on the team and help to up-level recruiting across the org through your commitment to high quality assessment, alignment and acquisition strategies
