  • Sense of ownership and urgency around your work and the outcomes of our hiring processes

Responsibilities

  • Own end to end talent acquisition for requisitions across Engineering
  • Be a consultative business partner to hiring managers, department heads, and executives, helping to improve our people strategy
  • Source, screen, offer and close candidates for hard to fill positions
  • Be a role model for others on the team and help to up-level recruiting across the org through your commitment to high quality assessment, alignment and acquisition strategies
