Senior Technical Writer - Nodejs

Summary

Join Tether and become a hands-on technical writer, contributing to the documentation of our open-source projects and platform products. You will proactively update documentation to match the rapid development pace, write and improve guides and FAQs, and develop high-quality application examples. Your role involves addressing community questions and improving documentation accordingly. This position requires 2+ years of Node.js development experience, 1+ year of technical writing experience, proficiency in English, and experience with open-source technologies, Git, and markdown. Remote collaboration experience is essential. Experience with C/C++ is a plus. Tether offers the opportunity to work with a global team on cutting-edge projects in the fintech space.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Nodejs , developing high-quality, clean and efficient code
• 1+ years of experience in technical writing
• Proficiency in English
• Passion and experience working with open source technologies
• Experience with Git and markdown
• Since our team is distributed globally, experience in remote collaboration and good communication skills are essential to align with our dynamic and fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Proactively update the documentation to match the rapid development pace of the development team
• Writing and improving documentation, guides, FAQs, etc
• Developing high quality proof of concept application and example snippets
• Staying aware of questions and issues faced by the community and improving the documentation to support them better

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with C/C++ is a nice to have
