Service Delivery Manager - Senior

Summary

Join Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions, a leading ICT employer in Hungary, as a Service Delivery Manager (SDM). In this role, you will be responsible for managing contract fulfillment, developing offers for contract expansions and renewals, and managing escalations and claims. You will also oversee the end-to-end execution of standard farming, identify opportunities for solution farming and hunting, and manage sales activities in contract-related standard business. The position requires strong customer management, communication, and presentation skills, as well as financial and billing expertise. Remote work is possible within Hungary.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract fulfillment with focus on time, quality & cost
• Develop offers for contract expansions & simple renewals as well as for escalation and claim management
• E2E execution of standard farming and responsible for opportunity identification of solution farming and hunting
• Identifying and managing opportunities in contract-related standard/product business
• Sales activities in contract related standard business
• Strong overall responsibility for single contracts that combine multiple PU offerings
• Coordinate service delivery activities between the organizational units and supervises their work through the Operation Managers
• Ensure compliance with deadlines and expected service levels
• Apply adequate project delivery methodologies, tools, techniques and processes
• Manage financial and service reporting, monthly billing procedure
• Responsible for external/internal cost-saving initiatives
