  • Hold an active Australian Baseline or NV1 clearance
  • Strong ServiceNow technical knowledge and configuration skills
  • TSM specialisation - understanding and experience of ITIL best practice, CMDB, CSDM, Service Design, and SIAM
  • Ability to configure Catalogue Items, and design/brand the Employee Service Centre to medium complexity
  • Previous implementation project experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead ServiceNow workstreams for multiple clients, from requirements gathering, design, configuration, and support activities
  • Conduct testing activities, knowledge transfer sessions, and user training
