Join FounderBrands, a fast-growing startup, as a Social Media Ads Specialist and build our Ads Department from the ground up! This part-time role (initially $250/month per client managed) will transition to full-time with a salary as you grow. You will create, manage, and optimize social media ad campaigns (X, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive sales and enhance brand visibility. This fully remote position offers flexibility (Eastern Time Zone) and the chance to significantly impact a dynamic company. The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of experience in paid social media advertising and proficiency in relevant platforms.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience running paid social media ad campaigns
- Proficiency in various social media ad platforms, Google Analytics, and Canva
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills
- Proven ability to deliver data-driven results and meet performance goals
- Include the word "keyword" in the "Cover Letter" field of your application
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage paid ad campaigns on X, LinkedIn, and other social media
- Conduct audience research and implement advanced targeting strategies
