Social Media and Influencer Lead

Join Ecosia's Brand team as the Social Media & Influencer Lead, overseeing a team of four and managing the global organic social media presence and influencer marketing efforts. You will direct social content strategy, coordinate campaigns across departments, manage influencer marketing, identify key social media trends, and share learnings across the company. This senior-level role requires expertise in social media, influencer marketing, copywriting, and project management. Requirements

• You’re a social media expert with a sense of which trends to engage with and not to engage with
• You have experience with vertical video, including quick shooting and editing, and are comfortable being in front of the camera
• You understand how social media & influencer marketing fit within broader marketing goals and you know your marketing acronyms (CAC, CPM, ROI…)
• You’re a copywriter and editor who can adapt to the tone of each channel and can play with copy based on the brand and cultural trends
• You have experience overseeing a team with both junior and senior team members and are invested in good processes and collaboration
• You're a skilled project manager who can manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
• You are concerned with climate and nature topics
• Native-level English; German and French both add value

Responsibilities

• Direct our social content strategy, working with the Brand and Creative teams to produce organic content for our channels in alignment with marketing goals
• Coordinate campaigns across the marketing department, working with Local Markets and Paid Growth teams from ideation to completion
• Manage our influencer marketing strategy and spend together with our Influencer Marketing Manager to support acquisitions
• Identify key social media trends and opportunities to increase our reach, using data to track and improve performance
• Facilitate and share social learnings across the company, aligning with our Product department on user feedback, sentiment, and most requested features
