Social Media Associate

Summary

Join Wisp, a company dedicated to providing accessible sexual and reproductive healthcare, as a part-time, remote Social Media Associate. This role involves managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, collaborating with influencers, and analyzing social media metrics to improve strategies. The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of experience in social media management or influencer marketing, strong community management skills, and a passion for sexual and reproductive health. The position offers the opportunity to contribute to a mission-driven company and make a positive impact. This is a part-time (~25 hours/week) remote role with potential for growth. Requirements

• You have 2-4 years of experience in social media management or influencer marketing, with a track record of creating engaging content and growing audiences
• You’re not afraid to pitch fresh ideas, hop on trends, or brainstorm new ways to engage our community
• You’re organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• You have strong community management skills, regularly engaging with comments, responding in brand voice, and identifying industry-relevant content and conversations to participate in
• You’re passionate about sexual and reproductive health and excited to contribute to a mission-driven company like Wisp
• You’re data-driven, with the ability to analyze social media metrics and use insights to inform strategies
• You’re skilled in video content creation and comfortable being on camera

Responsibilities

• Sourcing, outreach, negotiation, and execution of influencer campaigns
• Uploading content, writing captions, and maintaining the posting schedule
• Monitoring and regular reporting of social media metrics to identify trends and opportunities
• Actively engaging with our community on Instagram, TikTok, and Reddit
• Crafting engaging content for Instagram Stories and TikTok

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with tools like Later, Canva, Meltwater, and Grin is a plus, but not required. A willingness to learn new platforms and jump in where needed is essential
