Summary

Join RYZ Labs as their Social Media Manager and own the strategy, development, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various platforms. You will manage daily operations, create engaging campaigns, and measure campaign performance. This role demands expertise in large-scale campaigns, brand building, and post-campaign analysis. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline
  • 2+ years of professional non-internship social media marketing experience
  • Knowledge of the ins and outs of all social media channels and their effective use for work and personal purposes
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant and upcoming social media channels and platforms, and how each platform can be leveraged in different scenarios
  • Extensive experience in content creation and curation, including conception, overseeing, and executing photoshoots; sourcing and managing content creators and overseeing execution of key deliverables; and sourcing and curating found content
  • Robust background in community management and experience working with community management tools including Sprinklr, Sprout Social, etc
  • Proven ability to write and edit communications and articulate the brand 'voice' in a creative, compelling, and witty manner

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns across various platforms (IG, FB, LinkedIn)
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of all social media platforms
  • Build creative campaigns and assets that drive awareness, engagement, and adoption for the brand
  • Measure and analyze campaign performance to optimize future campaigns
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience executing global marketing programs with a targeted, localized approach
  • Writing skills appropriate for demand generation, particularly campaign briefs, email, web, social, newsletters, and campaign ads; both short-form and long-form
  • Strong project management skills
  • Advanced experience with analytical tools
