Requirements

- Have an excellent design eye and can refine visuals for clarity and engagement
- Use tools like Canva or Photoshop for professional-quality results
- Understand basic digital marketing—what works, what doesn’t
- Can research a business quickly and apply that knowledge to editing
- Spot what’s trending (and know when to use it)
- Stay organized—think lots of posts, lots of clients, lots of variety
- Communicate fast and clearly (with your team and your manager)
- Balance speed with attention to the smallest detail
