Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 10 years of proven experience in social operations, content management, and organic growth strategy development
  • Strong understanding of social channels, trends, and best practices
  • Excellent knowledge of content creation, advertising, and engagement strategies
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and insights to drive performance and make data-informed decisions
  • Strong team management experience with a demonstrated ability to build and optimize organizational structures for greater efficiency
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute a cohesive and comprehensive social strategy aligned with overall business growth objectives
  • Oversee social content creation and amplification work, ensuring consistency, quality, and on-brand messaging across all social content
  • Initiate and drive critical social initiatives to best leverage social channels and partnership to drive business growth
  • Manage and foster relationships with external social partners to maximize brand exposure and engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including growth operation, marketing, comms, product, customer service, to align and inform social strategy
  • Work closely with global social and marketing teams to ensure alignment with central principles, share insights, and advocate for high standard execution
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, local social media updates, and emerging opportunities to ensure our social strategy remains innovative and effective

Preferred Qualifications

Occasional work at an Airbnb office or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager
