Join Sprinto, a leading GRC automation platform, as the Director of Solution Engineering. In this critical role, you will build and lead a high-performing global team, driving customer adoption of our solutions. You will shape solution strategies, enable sales, and ensure customers realize the full value of automation in Governance, Risk, and Compliance. This position requires deep collaboration with GRC and IT leaders and a strong background in B2B SaaS, Cybersecurity, Compliance, or Risk Management. You will be responsible for team development, customer solution design, sales enablement, market positioning, and strategic customer engagement. The ideal candidate is a strategic, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-growing environment.
Requirements
- 10+ years in Solution Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting, with 3-5+ years in leadership roles
- Strong background in B2B SaaS, Cybersecurity, Compliance, or Risk Management
- Deep understanding of SaaS & Cloud Architecture (AWS, GCP, Azure) and how security, compliance, and risk automation fit into them
- Proven ability to craft tailored solutions, optimize PoC frameworks, and align automation with business priorities through technical storytelling
- Ability to engage CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, and CXOs, translating complex technical concepts into clear business value
- Experience in building and scaling global Solution Engineering teams while implementing repeatable playbooks, methodologies, and best practices
- Strong cross-functional collaboration across sales, product, and marketing. Ability to drive GRC automation awareness through thought leadership, webinars, and industry engagements
Responsibilities
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing global Solution Engineering team
- Foster a culture of technical excellence, consultative selling, and customer empathy
- Define and implement structured onboarding, training, and career development programs
- Lead the team in understanding customer pain points and crafting tailored solution pitches aligned with Sprinto’s product strategy
- Ensure the team effectively communicates the value of automation in GRC, bridging the gap between legacy processes and modern approaches
- Develop and refine playbooks, frameworks, and methodologies for consultative solutioning
- Partner with Sales to drive deal velocity, improve win rates, and enhance technical engagement in the sales process
- Standardize and optimize Proof-of-Concept (PoC) processes to effectively showcase Sprinto’s product strengths
- Establish scalable best practices that align the team with business objectives while ensuring a seamless customer experience
- Enable the team to educate the market on GRC automation and Sprinto’s leadership in this evolving space
- Continuously analyze competitor positioning and refine technical messaging, product demos, and solution narratives
- Serve as a trusted advisor to GRC and IT leaders, guiding them through the automation journey
- Step in for high-value, complex, or strategic customer accounts to demonstrate best practices in solutioning
- Set the benchmark for technical depth, consultative expertise, and customer advocacy
- Coach and mentor the team by actively participating in critical sales and customer discussions
Preferred Qualifications
- B.Tech in Computer Science (or from a top-tier institute)
- MBA/founder experience or a strong founder mindset
