Summary
Join Tridge, a platform connecting suppliers and buyers in the food and agriculture industry, as a Sales Executive. You will be responsible for leading and executing the sales process to onboard new clients onto Tridge's platform, Tridge Eye and Tridge Sourcing Hub. This role involves managing end-to-end B2B sales cycles, delivering consultative sales pitches, collaborating with internal teams, tracking sales performance, and providing feedback for product improvement. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of B2B sales experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for the agri-food industry.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in B2B sales
- Native-level proficiency in local language and business-level English communication skills
- Experience in or strong interest in the agri-food, platform, SaaS, or data/intelligence-driven services industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment
Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and onboard potential suppliers and buyers in the food and agriculture industry to the Tridge platform (Tridge Eye and Tridge Sourcing Hub)
- Manage end-to-end B2B sales cycles, from prospecting to closing, ensuring alignment with Tridge's global commercial strategy
- Deliver consultative sales pitches based on a deep understanding of client needs and Tridgeβs platform value proposition
- Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams (e.g., Market Intelligence, Operations, and Customer Success) to ensure successful onboarding and engagement of platform users
- Track and analyze sales performance and pipeline data using internal tools and CRM systems
- Actively contribute feedback to improve product-market fit and identify business opportunities based on client insights
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Existing network or prior engagement with key players in the food and agriculture industry
