Solutions Engineer, Enterprise

Requirements

• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and Dutch
• 3+ years experience in customer-facing activities in a B2B environment
• 2+ years experience working directly with enterprise customers as a Solutions Engineer
• Ability to disseminate and popularize technical information for a general audience
• Great presentation and communication skills
• Keen eye for detail and quality
• Excitement when it comes to investigating, testing and exploring solutions for customers
• Exhibits a high degree of independence, leading projects confidently with minimal to no oversight
• Demonstrates exceptional adaptability, expertly managing several high-priority projects at once without compromising on quality

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Enterprise teams within Go-to-Market to help improve sales productivity and deal flow
• Provide technical expertise and help them achieve their sales targets
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, and Support resources
• Interact with key customer technical decision-makers to ensure proposed deals include technical solutions that accurately and specifically address our Enterprise customer’s needs and use cases
