Summary
Join our team as a Solutions Engineer and partner with enterprise sales teams to understand customer needs and design tailored solutions. You will conduct in-depth discovery sessions, deliver compelling presentations, and architect solutions leveraging our products and services. Technical leadership is key, advising during sales and collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues. You will also prepare technical documentation, train customers, and provide product feedback. This role requires 5+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales role, proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale solutions, and strong technical and soft skills. Prior experience in manufacturing is a plus.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or similar role, preferably supporting enterprise-level customers
- Proven track record of designing and implementing enterprise-scale solutions
- 2-4 years operational experience working in factories, including experience with Process Improvement, Pareto Principle, and OEE
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative mindset, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels
Responsibilities
- Partner with enterprise sales teams to understand customer challenges, goals, and technical requirements
- Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to identify customer pain points and solution alignment
- Deliver compelling presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept (POC) engagements
- Architect and propose tailored solutions that leverage our products and services to meet customer needs
- Provide guidance on system integration, data flow, and implementation best practices
- Address scalability, performance, and security concerns in solution proposals
- Act as the technical advisor during the sales process, ensuring customer confidence in our solutions
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Stay updated on industry trends and evolving customer requirements to inform solution strategies
- Prepare technical documentation, such as architecture diagrams, integration guides, and implementation plans
- Train customers and internal teams on product capabilities, customization options, and ongoing management
- Provide feedback to product teams to improve features and resolve gaps identified during customer interactions
