Specialist, Delivery Operations

Summary

Join Hitachi Solutions' Delivery Operations team as a remote employee and contribute to a dynamic environment focused on continuous improvement. You will provide forecasting support, assist in opportunity/project auditing, and support various teams to enhance company-wide performance. This role offers the chance to create order, solve challenges, and improve processes. The successful candidate will be process-driven, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication and analytical skills. The position is expected to evolve as the team grows, allowing for significant input from the successful candidate. This is a full-time opportunity for a US citizen or someone able to work in Costa Rica without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years prior experience in an administration role or a related field
• Strong MS Office skills ~ Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
• Basic Microsoft CE knowledge (additional training will be provided)
• Basic Power BI knowledge (additional training will be provided)
