Summary

Join Vanta, a leading trust management platform, as a Customer Trust Management (CTM) Account Executive. Drive the adoption of our Trust Center and Questionnaire Automation products, expanding Vanta’s footprint and opening new revenue streams. This critical role involves generating pipeline, executing full-cycle sales, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will manage both standalone Trust deals and cross-sell motions, working closely with Marketing and Product to refine messaging and product development. Track sales performance to optimize strategies and collaborate with Enablement and Sales Operations for continuous improvement. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience selling software, preferably SaaS, in the Mid-Market and Enterprise segments
  • Proven ability to generate outbound pipeline and execute high-quality prospecting strategies
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Sales Ops to optimize sales motions
  • Strong analytical skills to track performance and refine sales strategies based on data-driven insights
  • A track record of building accurate forecasts, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle for Trust Center and Questionnaire Automation, from prospecting to close
  • Generate pipeline through outbound efforts, leveraging marketing support, SDR collaboration, and self-sourced initiatives
  • Manage both standalone Trust deals and cross-sell motions in partnership with GRC AEs
  • Work closely with Marketing to refine messaging and improve campaign effectiveness
  • Partner with Product to provide real-time customer feedback, shaping product development and roadmap priorities
  • Track and analyze sales performance data to optimize outreach, pipeline development, and deal conversion
  • Collaborate with Enablement and Sales Operations to continuously improve sales strategies and processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling to Security, Risk, or Compliance teams is a plus
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities
