Summary

EDCi is seeking a Senior Account Executive with 5+ years of experience in sales or account management within the customer care or contact center industry. The role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing the entire sales cycle, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, demonstrating knowledge of Genesys Cloud contact center application, staying updated on key industry trends, collaborating with internal teams, and providing feedback to the continuous improvement team.

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in sales or account management within the customer care or contact center industry

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closure
• Build and maintain strong customer and partner relationships
• Serve as the main point of contact for accounts, addressing their needs and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Genesys Cloud contact center application and its capabilities
• Stay updated on key industry and technology trends
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and professional service groups
