Summary

Wealthfront is seeking a Sr. Manager of Paid Marketing to strategize, execute, and optimize paid search and Google Display campaigns for customer acquisition growth. The role requires 6+ years of digital marketing experience in a B2C environment, with expertise in full-funnel marketing and a bachelor's degree or higher.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 6+ years of digital marketing experience in a B2C environment (consumer tech experience with a high growth company is a plus) with demonstrated success of scaling programs for paid search, Google Display - Performance Max, Demand Gen
• 3+ years experience managing other performance marketing / DR campaigns, and having expertise in full-funnel marketing
• Proven examples of impactful projects translating data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
• Experience running A/B and multivariate experiments within paid digital channels

Responsibilities

• Strategize, execute, and scale marketing campaigns across paid search (SEM), Google Display - Performance Max, Demand Gen, and programmatic display
• Partner with paid marketing teammates to identify and maximize acquisition opportunities
• Expand Wealthfront’s growth levers through new performance marketing / DR experimentations
• Develop and own marketing plans for customer acquisition growth
• Manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure efficient allocation and maximum ROI
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Data Analytics, Design/Creative, Engineering, and Product Marketing to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives
• Monitor key performance metrics, analyze campaign effectiveness, and generate actionable insights to drive data-driven decision-making
• Present paid marketing performance and insights to cross-functional and executive teams on a regular basis
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for experimentation and scaling

Preferred Qualifications

• Personal finance knowledge/experience is a big bonus, but not required
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory considerations within the financial services industry is a plus, but not required
