Requirements

  • Highly skilled problem-solving abilities (quantitative, conceptual, analytical)
  • Experience consulting and providing recommendations to clients, strong written & verbal communication skills, and a passion for helping people
  • Proven ability to present technical concepts effectively
  • A good understanding of the analytics market and website optimisation and a strong interest in data, technology, software, and the internet
  • Highly structured work approach and the ability to manage multiple activities in parallel, in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong project management and organisational skills
  • Flexibility, including the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities; capable of operating in an ambiguous environment
  • Fluency in English
  • Prior professional experience in E-commerce, A/B testing, Digital or Analytics businesses
  • Degree in a related field

Responsibilities

  • Serve as an expert on change management and the analytics industry
  • Develop complete context on our product and become an expert in the analytics & adjacent markets. You will leverage this knowledge to pilot and design service offerings for our customers
  • Become a thought leader on data-driven change management who can guide and support customers through business transformations
  • Serve as the trusted advisor and challenge a wide variety of audiences to create outcomes that are right for them, including: CRO teams, marketers, IT and Support teams, UX/UI designers, product managers, engineers, and C-level executives
  • Form close relationships with our customers. Our customers will consider you part of their team
  • Manage the project lifecycle from end to end, such as creating project timelines, mitigating risks, communicating to stakeholders, and ensuring the timely completion of projects
  • Contribute to our team growth by creating new content, enablement, and processes for peers to use as winning strategies and deliverables
  • Work cross functionally and manage special projects internally to help the Strategic Consulting team scale as fast as possible

Preferred Qualifications

  • Consulting background and experience delivering large-scale business transformations
  • Experience with SQL, Python, HTML, CSS, JS, and working with various APIs, data warehouses, and BI tools
  • Strong knowledge and experience with CRO and A/B Testing
  • Knowledgeable with web/app development & performance (HTML, CSS, JS, tagging technologies, SDK, Swift)
  • Knowledge or experience with UI/UX or Cognitive Science
