Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years in relationship or partnership management role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build confidence with key stakeholders to close contracts
  • Ability to work remotely, independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to think strategically and to develop and execute partnership strategies
  • Excellent interpersonal and team-working skills

Responsibilities

  • Source new business partnerships and manage existing relationships
  • Develop strategies for growing revenue through partnerships across membership and verticals
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and client-facing teams as their main resource for language services and industry knowledge
  • Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure all parties are meeting contract terms
  • Collaborate with internal teams about partner benefits, requirements, and reporting/tracking processes
  • Manage and track partnership engagement and performance
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential new partnership opportunities and to keep Propio as a preferred provider in current partnerships
  • Monitor sales/revenue opportunities from partnerships to ensure ROI
  • Identify opportunities for brand exposure and loyalty through webinars, sponsorships, marketing, speaking opportunities, and conferences
  • Respond to partner, member, or client inquiries and maintain thorough documentation of communications within CRM
  • Expertly understand Propio service and how they will benefit the partnership
  • Perform other responsibilities and duties as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience utilizing SalesForce/Zoom Info (preferred)
  • Bonus: Experience with GPOs, and the Language Industry
