Summary

Exoticca is a travel company looking for a Strategic Partnerships Publisher to help drive traffic and revenue through third-party channels. The team collaborates with other departments to uncover valuable opportunities and convert them into revenue generation collaborations. Responsibilities include negotiating rates, coordinating teams, managing budgets, identifying opportunities, optimizing performance, maintaining communications, representing Exoticca, and having specific experience and skills.

Requirements

  • +7 years of experience in account management (Tourism environment and Travel Agencies is a plus)
  • Experience in building profitable long-term collaborations
  • Analytical thinking
  • Negotiation, commercial and marketing skills are a must
  • Must be self-motivated, organized, proactive, team player, hands-on and results-driven
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package
  • Fluent speaking and writing in English and Spanish (other languages are a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Negotiate rates and plannings with the different partners
  • Coordinate with the different teams to outperform the targets
  • Create and monitor the department budget
  • Seek and identify opportunities in all Exoticca markets
  • Manage and improve interdepartmental communications
  • Maintain updated the communication tools for internal stakeholders
  • Optimize performance on each of the Partners by monitoring results and proposing changes and improvements
  • Identify opportunities to maximize performance of each Partner
  • Maintain constant communication with departments such as Travel Product to coordinate actions
  • Maintain constant communications with Partners to improve results of each action
  • Represent Exoticca in relevant meetings and trade shows
