Responsibilities

  • Coordinate strategic projects, ensuring smooth delivery, tracking milestones and deadlines
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis (analyze current practices of the company to be integrated, interview with top management, draft integration, monitor and follow-up integration stream,...)
  • Works hand in hand with the senior management team providing support on external growth projects (strategic partnerships, M&A) and other strategic initiatives requiring additional support
  • Provide regular updates to management teams to share progress and potential blocking points
  • Facilitate collaboration and coordination between central and local teams
  • Keep the focus on highly-priority topics and track performance
  • Make sure decisions are properly executed
  • Make meetings as productive as possible ensuring proper agendas, action items and follow-ups
