Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, product, or growth roles
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to think critically and apply structured problem-solving techniques to unfamiliar challenges
• Excellent communication skills using data to influence stakeholders at various levels
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration to achieve common goals
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Have a direct and measurable impact on Twilio’s performance and the customer experience
• Perform hands-on data analysis and create models and visualizations that support decision-making
• Partner with leaders across GTM, Product, Operations, Engineering, and Finance
• Build executive communication materials that clearly convey program status, recommendations, and business impact
• Maintain an independent perspective and challenge the status quo
• Become a Subject Matter Expert on key programs
• Experiment and iterate to achieve optimal outcomes
• Foster cross-functional alignment and collaboration

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with the SaaS or technology sector, particularly in high-growth or fast-paced environments
• Experience working with senior leadership or executives
